Which door systems does CUBIXY offer?
Four series: steel and fire doors; roller shutter doors (wind-resistant, EN and UL fire-rated, and Ex IIC T4 explosion-proof); high speed doors (PVC and aluminum spiral); and industrial sectional doors.
Does CUBIXY install and commission the doors?
Yes. CUBIXY organizes on-site installation, electrical wiring and system integration, functional testing and commissioning, project acceptance, operator training and hand-over documentation.
What warranty do CUBIXY products carry?
All CUBIXY products come with a one-year warranty.
How large is CUBIXY?
CUBIXY operates three production bases in China with a team of more than 300 people. Its manufacturing facilities cover over 40,000 m², with an annual production capacity of more than 500,000 m² of door systems. CUBIXY has completed over 5,000 projects in more than 70 countries.
Does CUBIXY supply non-standard sizes?
Yes. Customized non-standard sizes, functions and configurations are part of CUBIXY's solution design service.

Which fire ratings are available for CUBIXY fire shutters?
The EN steel insulated fire roller shutter is rated to EN 1634-1 with EI 120 or EI 240 ratings; the UL steel fire shutter door is rated to UL 10B with a 180-minute rating. The certificates are held by our partner manufacturer; certificate documents pending.
Has the steel fire door been fire-tested?
Yes. Tested in Indonesia by Sucofindo to SNI 1741-2008: a single-leaf steel fire door sample reached −/120/120, meaning integrity and insulation for 120 minutes. What is the largest door CUBIXY can supply?
The high speed spiral door and the industrial sectional door go up to 8,000 mm wide and 10,000 mm high. The wind-resistant roller shutter goes up to 8,000 × 7,000 mm and the PVC high speed door up to 6,000 × 6,000 mm.
How fast are CUBIXY high speed doors?
Both the PVC high speed door and the high speed spiral door open at 0.8–2.0 m/s and close at 0.6–0.8 m/s, with a design service life of at least 800,000 cycles.
Which control methods can be used?
Depending on the door: push button, remote control, radar, geomagnetic loop, pull switch, manual chain hoist, fire alarm interlock and centralized control of several doors.

The opening size (width × height), door type, application and environment, any fire or explosion rating, control method, installation conditions, quantity and project location.
