Certified as a complete door assembly by CNEx (National Supervision and Inspection Centre for Explosion Protection and Safety of Instrumentation): Ex db eb IIC T4 Gb for explosive gas atmospheres and Ex tb IIIC T130 °C Db for combustible dust; not for coal mines or underground mines. The certificate is held by our partner factory that manufactures the door.

Are CUBIXY's fire and explosion ratings certified?
Fire roller shutters are rated to EN 1634-1 (EI 120 / EI 240) and UL 10B (180 min), and explosion-proof roller shutters are rated Ex IIC T4 as a complete door assembly. A single-leaf steel fire door sample was tested in Indonesia to SNI 1741-2008 and reached 120 minutes integrity and insulation; the full test report is published on the site. The EN 1634-1, UL 10B and Ex IIC T4 certificates are held by our partner manufacturer and the documents are pending; the SNI 1741-2008 test was commissioned by PT CUBIXY WINDOOR INDONESIA.
Can CUBIXY make non-standard sizes?
Yes. CUBIXY offers customized non-standard sizes, functions and configurations, starting from the building's function, actual usage needs and project conditions.
Does CUBIXY install and commission the doors?
Yes. CUBIXY organizes on-site installation, electrical wiring and system integration, functional testing and commissioning, operator training and hand-over documentation, and assists with project acceptance.
