Product details
The interlocking curtain runs in side guide rails and coils above the opening, so it takes little space around it. It is used in factories, warehouses, logistics centers and other industrial facilities.
Prepainted steel coating system
The prepainted steel features a multi-layer protective structure consisting of a cold-rolled steel substrate, metallic coating, chemical conversion coating, primer and finish coating. The metallic coating provides basic corrosion resistance and barrier protection, while the chemical conversion coating improves adhesion between the metallic coating and paint system. The primer further enhances adhesion and corrosion resistance, while a range of finish coating options is available to meet different requirements for color, formability, weather resistance and durability. Together, these functional layers preserve the strength and processability of the steel while improving protection against moisture, ultraviolet exposure and industrial environments. The metallic coating, primer and finish coating options are compared in the technical data tables below.
Key features

Integrated Guide Rail System
Combining guide sliders, side rails and flared rail entrances in an integrated design, the system precisely controls the curtain travel path to ensure smooth, quiet and stable operation while reducing misalignment, jamming and slat wear.
Wear-resistant Buffer Strip
Combined with brush seals, the wear-resistant buffer strip reduces friction and operating noise between the curtain and guide rails.
High-strength Curtain Slats
Prepainted steel slats combine a steel substrate, protective metallic coatings and paint finishes to provide corrosion, scratch and stain resistance. The large-radius profile and wind-lock clips further enhance wind resistance.
Weld-free Design
Pre-punched mounting holes enable weld-free assembly, simplifying on-site work and reducing workspace requirements while ensuring structural integrity.
Roll-formed Bottom Bar
Cold-formed from galvanized steel, the bottom bar provides structural strength and impact resistance. The integrated EPDM weather seal conforms to uneven floor surfaces, ensuring reliable and long-lasting sealing.
Split Hood Design
The split hood features a separately removable motor-side section, reducing installation space requirements and facilitating inspection and maintenance.

Metallic Coating Options
Metallic coatings work together with the organic coating to provide sacrificial and barrier protection against corrosion. GI features a Zn coating to offer reliable protection, good formability and cost efficiency for general indoor and outdoor applications. GL uses an Al-Zn coating to provide higher corrosion resistance, making it suitable for building exteriors and prolonged outdoor exposure. AM employs an Al-Zn-Mg coating with the strongest corrosion resistance and cut-edge protection of the three listed coatings, providing additional protection in coastal, humid, salt-laden and demanding industrial environments.

Primer Options
Primers offer strong substrate adhesion but vary mainly in flexibility, resistance, durability and cost. Polyester primer offers excellent flexibility for forming applications, while providing lower moisture and chemical resistance. Epoxy primer delivers strong resistance to moisture, alkalis and chemicals, with lower flexibility as its main limitation. Polyurethane primer combines chemical resistance, durability and flexibility for demanding applications, though it generally involves high cost and tighter process control.

Finish Coating Options
Finish coatings offer reliable adhesion and formability, differing in weatherability, resistance, and color range. PE offers a wide color range, good flexibility and low cost for general applications, with moderate chemical and outdoor durability. HDP significantly improves color retention, UV resistance and chalking resistance over PE while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Of the listed finishes, PVDF provides the best long-term weatherability, solvent resistance and dirt resistance for demanding environments, with a limited color range and high cost.

Safety Device Options

Wireless Safety Edge
Installed on the bottom bar, the wireless safety edge automatically stops the door when approximately 20 N (2 kgf) of resistance is detected.

Anti-Fall Safety Brake
The anti-fall safety brake automatically locks the roller shaft during abnormal overspeed, preventing uncontrolled curtain descent.

Infrared Safety Light Curtain
Multiple infrared beams monitor the closing zone, stopping or reversing the door when a person or obstacle is detected.

Photoelectric Safety Sensor
The photoelectric safety sensor monitors the doorway with a photoelectric beam and stops or reverses the door when an obstacle is detected.
