Product details
A single-leaf steel fire door sample was tested by Sucofindo in Indonesia to SNI 1741-2008 and reached 120 minutes of integrity and insulation (see Test report). Ratings for other sizes and configurations, such as double-leaf or glazed doors, are confirmed per project. CUBIXY steel doors and fire doors are built from the components below. Hardware options, vision panels and louvers are available, all produced to project-specific dimensions, and an optional master key system is offered.

Tested sample
Single-leaf fire-rated steel door (code CWI-FD-2026-001). Frame 2,100 (H) × 900 (W) mm, 120 mm steel profile of 1.5 mm steel plate; door leaf 2,050 (H) × 800 (W) × 55 (T) mm, 1.2 mm steel plate with a rockwool insulation board core of 100 kg/m³; three heavy-duty fire-rated hinges, fire-rated lock case, mortise lockset and intumescent seal. Tested 22 August 2026.

Fire door listing (Intertek Warnock Hersey)
Single steel fire doors (Model SFD60) and pairs of steel fire doors, each with its listed steel frame, are listed by Intertek under the Warnock Hersey (WH) mark for 60 minutes, positive-pressure tested to UL 10C and NFPA 252. Listed sizes: single door leaf up to 913 × 2152 mm, at least 50 mm thick (single swing only); pair of doors with leaves of 854 × 2152 × 50 mm each, with an intumescent edge seal on the frame. Frames are grouted and anchored in aerated concrete or masonry walls. The listings are held by our partner factory that manufactures the doors.
