Manufactured from 82B high-carbon steel with a hot-dip galvanized coating, the torsion spring offers excellent fatigue and corrosion resistance for reliable long-term operation.
Wear-resistant Sealing Strip
EPDM rubber sealing strips are fitted along the top and sides, while EPDM air seals and sealing fins at the bottom ensure reliable sealing between the door leaf and the building structure.
High-strength Door Panels
Featuring double-sided aluminum alloy / PPGI with polyurethane foam filling, the door panels are available in thicknesses up to 80 mm, offering excellent wind resistance, thermal insulation, and noise reduction.
Safety Devices
Wireless safety edge and cable break safety device protect people and vehicles during operation.
Drive and control
Opening and closing speeds are both 0.2 m/s; the control system uses soft start and stop to reduce mechanical impact.
